Comes right down to it you only support your neo-con agenda seems our Bill of Rights or our U.S. Constitution don't matter if they don't fit that agenda, so I ask you do you think that Freedom of Speech is only if it's a position or statement you agree with or is it available to ALL Americans?

I can only answer for myself and not generalize or make assumptions about others. I can stand on a premise of what our founding fathers had envisioned because I have fought for and studied well the history of the Anglo, Latino and African peoples who've come here. I invested quite a bit of money to study this field and get a four year degree on this subject. And it is my observation that most Americans haven't a clue. For instance, when Jefferson spoke of "Freedom," he was referring to financial freedom. With wealth comes power. That power allows us to break the ties that oppress us. Look at Bill Gates and Warren Buffett. And lastly, most people haven't a clue when it comes to the difference between a "Right" and a "Priviledge."
Personally, I like things neat and orderly,in black and white, no gray areas. Playing the "What If Game" often times gets taken to the extreme and then is found to be a waste of time.
And lastly, while I usually view the world through my "Conservative Goggles," I sometimes wonder if John Stewart Mill had the better idea of a utilitarian government.

Why do you loonie lefties always pick at the Constitution & Bill of Rights trying to find weaknesses to exploit, but when Republicans move in to shore up those weaknesses you scream that we're not supporting the Constitution or Bill of Rights?
Why is it that you try to shut the mouth of anyone who disagrees with you, and then cry that your Freedom of Speech is being infringed upon whenever someone points out that you're lying through your teeth again?
Why is it that you lefties hate America so much that you're willing to sacrifice everything this country was built upon just to bring down the Republican party?

Fundamentalism did no longer come around until the publishing of a e book pronounced as "the basics", based loosely on the Scopes Bible. The Scopes Bible is positioned up-Civil conflict, the basics grew to become into revealed interior the 1920's. i'm able to't see how the Founding Fathers could have been Fundamentalist Christians. And for people who desire to pass returned to the Puritans: the Puritans no longer merely outlawed the party of Christmas, you confronted corporal punishment for celebrating it in deepest on your person homestead! Now the place's all this complaining approximately shops saying "happy trip journeys" somewhat of "Merry Christmas"?
