To the best of my knowledge, there is no "Enterprise Class".

Enterprise NX-01 = NX Class
Enterprise NCC-1701 = Constitution Class
Enterprise NCC-1701-A = Constitution Class
Enterprise NCC-1701-B = Excelsior Class
Enterprise NCC-1701-C = Ambassador Class
Enterprise NCC-1701-D = Galaxy Class
Enterprise NCC-1701-E = Sovereign Class

Although they are very stylish, the design was developed by Matt Jeffries who was a combat pilot in WWII, a flight test engineer, and a aircraft enthusiast who build his own airplanes. He consulted with NASA and naval engineers to stay on track.
