Well to begin, vacuoles, the cytoskeleton, and cilia are not oraganelles but are still important. All of these on your list are vital. If the nucleus failed to work, then immediately the cell would cease to function because no direction or synthesis would be available. The ERs handle, at least in simple terms, protein production necessary for cell life. If the Golgi stopped, all of the cells produced material would buuld up in the cell and nothing could be transported from the cell, ending in collapse. Lysosomes protect and destroy foreign or unwanted substances, so those ceasing would probably end in the cell dying of an infection or foreign problem. The vacuoles are not organelles but are simply small bubbles of membrane used for transport, they bring in necessary substances from the outside of the cell using glycoproteins. Chloroplasts are in only plant cells, and give the cell energy- without them, no energy to do things. Same goes for mitochondrion, except they can be in both animals and plants. Cytoskeleton is necessary only in animal cells and without it the cell would collapse and cease to function. The cilia/flagella regulate movement, and altho arent necessary to the cell directly, and altho they arent always on cells, could have a negative effect if the cell could not get to its needed location.
Overall, most are necessary for cell life, and please forgive any simplifications etc these are very simple descriptions of complex things.
