You now have to bleed air out of lines and injectors. slightly loosen an injector and use a starter switch(or a buddy) to crank over until fuel runs out. Repeat for about three injectors, it should crank then, run rough to get rest of air out and then smoothly. If you have monkeyed with the injector lines coming out of the pump, it also must be bled. Look for small nut or valve, open, crank over etc.

Check the fuel pump pressure. If there is no pressure it will not spray. Get a node light( from Auto-Zone) Check if there is an injuctor pulse.

in case you observed a spark and now the vehicle wont initiate i might initiate via first checking my gas gadget fuses, then come across a pinout schematic for the relay you have been working with and run the relay via a attempt and ensure it closes once you placed voltage to it. i might almost guess its a blown fuse.
