i did a dumb stunt that my friend did.

I rode my bike as fast as a car.Then i put my foot between the tire thing and i fliped and broke my leg.Actualy it wasn't broken it was almost to the broken part.and i laughed so much

Riding south on 441 (a 4 lane divided hwy) an old style Bronco passed me, then slowed up and pulled up along side me. The girl in the passenger seat smiled at me then lifted her T-shirt revealing some beautiful um mm...attributes.

Don't ignore, but don't encourage. This is very tricky and it's terrible that you have been forced into the situation, but remember this:
He is desparately seeking attention. Ignoring him will piss him off, especially if he know you saw him but are pretending you didn't. On the other hand, if you encourage too much (smile, wave, say hello, etc.), then he will think you are interested which you obviously aren't.
Give him a reaction (that is what he's fiending for), but move quickly to somewhere safe (and that would be anywhere that there are more people).
