I have a '98 Kia Sephia and the cooling fan started rattling today when the fan operates. Without much know-how, is it easy to fix? Or at least, cheap to fix?

I believe it's hitting the black encasing (the one the yellow sticker is on in the video)

good video...looks like the fan is stripped or the bolt is loose. tr tightening up the bolt to the fan. If this don't work...go to a salvage yard and get a fan...this isn't the motor...it's the fan and or the nut which holds the fan in place.

I'll be damed, that is the best think about seeing your fan there is. It is as good as being there.
Ok Since it wobbles that bad it is possable that the nut that holds the fan to the shaft has come off. If not, then you will need a new motor and you can get a hew fan from auto-zone
To repair, remove the fan from the radiator, and unplug the fan
when you get it off, check that blaid. If it is stripted, check the junk yard.
If it is just the motor is bad (possable the bearings) get a new motor.
In the package is instructions on how to replace it. You will need a drill to drill out the rivitts and it does come with screwsx to repair it.
