I do rhythmic gymnastcs. (It's a mixture of dance, ballet, and gymnastics.)I practice three hours a day and three days a week. One day each week we do hard conditioning that makes everyone cry. We get better, but not good enough. Now, my coach, she won't give me private classes like the rest of the girls and if I want to quit and get a new coach, I can't 'cause if I quit in that gym, I quit gymnastics for good.

I mean to be a gymnast in the olympics, not watch the olympics.

Depending upon on your age, train hard so that you can get into a university with a great gymnastics program. Until then, see if you can train with a junior Olympics team or a junior National team. Look around your area for esteemed schools that have produced olympic hopefuls.

It's getting the practice - most folks who make an Olympic team spend years training and competing. If you think you are good enough, get another coach. And work your tail off.
