I'm sure she has a reason for this Saturday thing, maybe Sunday is her relaxing day, or it's family day whatever the reason is, you should ask her and find out. Just make sure when you do ask her, it's at a time you both are going to be receptive to each other.

My friends were never allowed over because they messed up the house, was my mother's excuse. What it comes down to is your mother doesn't want to be bothered by them. Not much you can do about it right now.

Maybe she thinks that your friends are bad influences on you. Just sit down with her and talk about it. She probably thinks that she's doing what's best for you.

talk to her about if and don't yell listen and don't talk back and then come up with a good reason why you should be able to have friends come by!

i know how you feel. my mother doesn't understand me either.
i mean yea some times she knows what i am saying. she is your mom just listen to what she says.
