Any theories on Who Sylar is on HEROES?

Tell me who and why. Oh and which Niki died good or Pscho? I'll tell you what i think with the best answer.

I think Sylar is Peter Petrelli, in some future incarnation. Think about it… Peter, at some time in the future discovers that if he consumes some portion of the brain of gifted individuals, he keeps their power, because part of the hero would then stay with him. If he takes on Niki’s power, perhaps Sylar is Peter’s “dark” doppelganger. In the message to Chandra Suresh Sylar said something about consuming them (other heroes’ brains?) He displayed (telekinesis, regeneration, flight) in the FBI building. We haven't seen anyone yet with telekinesis, but flight and regeneration? Yep. With Hiro’s power he could go back in time and stalk the heroes before they even know he exists. The map in Sylar's apartment showed the locations of many more heroes than even Dr. Suresh’s. He would know the locations of the heroes if he was from the future. What do you think?

Sylar. In my opinion, he was the first found "one" by Monhider's father. I think he's like Peter and can do everything, but is more advanced in his powers because he doesn't need to be around other "ones". I also think he's the one killing innocent people with his powers because something is wrong with him. Don't know yet, but he will be the one to cause the big explosion I'm guessing.

Niki is still alive. They just can't kill her off like that, something like that doesn't make sense. Her husband is on the evil side so she has to be on the good side (somehow). He wouldn't just kill his wife like that, and if he did he would have pulled out and organ or his hand would be bloody. I'm not accepting the fact that she's dead until I see the next two episodes without her.

***Please note this is my opinion for things I've read on a spoiler site. Still don't know about Niki, that I'm just guessing.***

I think Sylar might be Claire's adoptive father, and his brain erasing partner(the cops just don't know he's 2 people yet)

I think Niki is still alive, both of her, but i think when her ex choked her out from the inside, it might have affected the bad half's ability to totally be in control allowing Niki to control her strength rather than be like the Hulk (vessel of rage and strength w/o emotions)

I have no idea who sylar is and we really have not seen him yet . I think they killed good nikki and now pshyco nikki will probably take over. I would not even venture to say who sylar is. Good luck and god bless.

im not sure . i can belive that sylar is pp from the future, but wouldnt that cause some kind of rift?( im no rocket surgeon) i think that niki is going to be all bad , shoot d.l. has her son. she is going to go balistic. i cant wait to see tonight.
