You should get Creative ZEN Vision:M! Creative has an FM Tuner and Voice Recording! iPod doesn't! But the one I'm recommend is a video player. Look into Creative's webstie!

One trouble with the Ipod is that it is a closed system for music downloaded from the ITunes Store. Other MP3 players do not tag their downloads to insure they stay on the player. You cannot copy music that is on an Ipod, it goes in and never comes out; that is it is a one way street for music. You will find out that no one wants to lend their Ipod since you can lose all its tunes if it is synchronized with a ITune library that does not have the same music, videos etc. Example, sync a Ipod with 5000 tunes on it with a ITunes library with 0 tunes and the Ipod responds by deleteing all 5000 songs it holds.

the ipod is an mp3 player...so what's your question? ipods don't necessarily hold more music or have more features. they're just the most popular. look into some other mp3 players like the creative zen micro. i'm had if for a year and i've had no problems with it wheras my friend had to return his ipod nano because if stopped working. they just make so many of them, not necessarily caring about the quality of their products.

Could you please explain a little bit. As IPOD can also play MP3 files besides other file version. If you are on budget then you can look for other players like Zen, Rio etc. But if you need like 20GB and up size and have like $200+ budget then go for IPOD.
