Get one of those hamster balls and let your little guy out to rock n' roll. Put music on and dance with him. be sure to wear fancy socks. for extra fun get a glow-in-the-dark hammie ball and turn on the black lights only.

Play with the hamster; they like attention. Not sure why anyone would declaw a hamster because it is cruel.

I don't know if you hamster will like it, but you can buy a small animal leash at a pet store. I bought one for my rats. Unfortunately they don't like it, and can slip out of it. But you could try taking your hamster for walks.
