Don't say anything until work out the timing issues. Some people say strange things because they get nervous. Try to relax before giving your sense of humor a key to your mouth.

If your mouth gets you in trouble, that might be a problem. Humor, used appropriately is a good thing and most always welcomed in social settings. On the other hand, inappropriate or poorly timed humor is rarely appreciated or received well by others.
I'd suggest that you engage your brain before opening your mouth. If you're not sure how an intended humorous comment will be received, it might be best to just keep your mouth shut.
Good Luck!

My life story,!!!! but! it's all in the eyes of the beholder, and just cause they don't have a sense of humor is there fault , if they don't appreciate the timing or the situation then tell them to dial 1-800 Whaaaa, they will get over it , is my belief.
