Intelligence is the most important qualitity out of those you listed. Here's why:
Most people today go about by looks or money. If they think someone is ugly, they will usually try not to have to associate themselves with whoever it is. However if they have money or power they might even associate themselves more in an attempt to gain some of it. Let's face it, there are people in the world who are selfish.
Now there's this little thing called intelligence... Intelligence is to possess knowledge, to understand and whatnot. With intelligence you can achieve almost anything imaginable. (Someone mentioned having intelligence to be smart and get a good job to make lots of money and then use it to get a makeover... That's not exactly how I'd put it, but it was pretty funny.)
In the end, it all depends on your character. If you can go through your life being the sexiest person in town but so incredibly stupid...well, good luck to you.

Easy answer, Intelligence, of course. Because then you would have the ability to find beauty in what you have and value without association to money. Thus, you would have it all and know it!

beauty will fade with age , money can be lost but intelligence is something that you wont lose once you achive it and is something nobody can take away from you
