I have a 1 gig player and I can get between 150 and 300 songs on it. It mostly depends on the conversion rate the higher the better quality but the bigger the file to get the most songs cover to mp3 format at 64kbs but 128 kbs is better but it will be a bigger file. For the most part you will not hear any difference.
