Everytime I get a D.O.A. item from ebay sellers & leave them negative feedback, the seller turns & gives me negative feedback in return. I always pay instantly & never lie... I don't deserve this kind of negatory feedback especially after being taken for money & time. What can I do to stop sellers from giving me bad feedback just because i gave them bad feedback for a D.O.A. item.

I never give feedback until the seller does it first. You paid first, they should give feedback first.

If you think before leaving negative feedback..."I wonder if I will get negative feedback if I leave the seller negative feedback?" Hmm...the obvious answer is yes you will receive negative feedback too. Try to contact the seller and try and resolve it before leaving feedback.

I don't know what you mean by D.O.A. item but a few weeks ago I bought some jeans on ebay and when I got them they had two holes in them. I was pissed! I hate getting misrepresented stuff from ebay, so I immediately left negative feedback and she in turn left negative feedback for me. Now I was even more pissed. She put in my feedback that I should have contacted her first. In my opinion if she hadn't sent me holey jeans I wouldn't have to contact her. I think they just do it because you do it to them first and they want you to look bad with them. Maybe you could contact ebay and ask what you should do, if anything. Good Luck!
