I can only remember bits and pieces.. But I remember the girl being 17 and still in high school, came home one day and was making out with her boyfriend in the car, then when she went inside the mom's boyfriend/husband seduced her in the kitchen. Another thing that happened was the girl painted her toenails and her mom yelled at her for it. I don't remember too much of the movie or what it was called, but I never got to finish watching it. It was probably about 7 years ago that i watched it (either on HBO or Showtime)

At first I thought you might be thinking of the movie with Jerry Springer, but I am not sure. Pobably not the one I am thinking of. I think it was called Ringmaster or something like that.
