NB! sqrt(x)=x^½
2*(2+1)^½ / -5*(2+3)^½<=>
( 2*(3)^½*(5)^½ )/(-5*5)<=>
( -2*(3*5)^½ )/25<=>
( -2(15)^½ )/25<=>
-2( 3*5/5*5*5*5)^½<=>
-2(3/5*5*5)^½= -sqrt(3/5)*2/5

-(2sqrt(15))/25

Rewrite: (2√3)/(-5√5)

Multiply top & bottom by √5: (2√15)/-25
