When you spot a guy you think is attractive, do you consider making a move? If so why, or why not?

I made the first move in my current relationship and we've been together almost 8 years. Why.......because I knew there was a connection with him that I had never experienced before. I didn't want to leave it to chance.
Some men & women put off making the first move because they fear the possibility of rejection.

If I was single and so was he, yes, I would definitely consider making a move on him. At least find out if he is interested.

I used to be bold enough when I was young. Now I'm much older and divorced... and I can't tell if a guy is married or has a girlfriend or even a boyfriend, so I just talk to him and hope to find out what his situation is without asking.

Sure!! But you know that would be a pretty lame way if your really looking for husband quality or another temporary boyfriend ending in yet another failed relationship. Ya if he cathchs your eye introduce yourself ( don't throw yourself) to him. Try to get to know him. Oh and honestly making them earn their way into your heart and your ummmm yeah, Guys really do respect that.in any relationship!! Unless thats all they wanted in the first place. Then they will just get all dumb and break it off anyway!

Yes. There's no harm in striking up a conversation, as long as he's not talking to someone else at the time. You will find out from his response whether he's interested or not.

It depends on where I saw him, if I can tell that he has a girlfriend and stuff like that. But, if it is good timing and he doesn't have a girlfriend. Then, yea I would make a move!

when i was single.....if i spotted someone that i was interested in ......i would constantly look his way...hoping to get his attention....but i never had the guts to make the first move...wish i did.......

Usually they would approach me. But i guess if they didn't, yeah, i would. If they're not talking with anyone else at the time, or with someone.
