it won't say right bank.. it will say bank1 or bank 2, bank 1 is whatever side cyl #1 is on. look for a vacuum leak first. hose split or gasket sucked in. then go after a malfunctioning injector on that side. beings that you don't bother to tell us what year/make/model /engine you have, we can't tell you anything specific to look for.

Typically this means you have a vacuum leak. Check the vacuum hoses where they attach to the intake manifold. Some cars (like Fords) are prone to PCV hoses breaking down and tearing.
P0420 on a 97 Blazer is a catalyst efficiency code. You need a catalytic converter. A failed Mass Air Flow sensor would show lean on both banks.

Possibly means the air/fuel mixture to the right bank (side) of fuel injectors are not proper, can't remember if lean means too much air or too much fuel but to fix it you could try fuel injector cleaner.

most likely means that u have a vacuum leak on the even bank of your engine, or u could have a bad oxygen sensor

How does it drive? It sounds like a misfire code. Take it to a shop that will scan and reset the light and see if the light comes back on. If the light comes on again get it re-scanned.
