There is this girl that I like. She is a good friend of mine, but I want more. Yesterday I was going to ask her out, but we got lost in another conversation and she said she didnt know what she would do if we weren't friends. Is that a clue for me to find somebody else, or should I keep trying?

Well, you could tell her how you feel and see what happens. She may actually feel the same way. Then again, it could ruin your friendship. You could wait and see what happens... but if you truly are falling in love with this person you could be missing out on an incredible opportunity if you don't say anything. My partner is my best friend so friendship in a deeper relationship is very important. It's a big decision... Good luck!

What are you trying to do? Ask her how she feels if you are that good of friends. Usually friends are just that. Don't waste your precious time in fear of knowing the truth. It is a terrible waste of energy and the truth is only going to be known to you if you ask her. Accept whatever answer she gives you as a friend would and make your decisions according to that. You won't explode if she isn't interested, but you will be able to go and find someone else that you can be happy with in a male female relationship.

Take a chance and ask her out! It can't really hurt. But you don't have to if you don't want to. Keep trying and good luck!
