I'm afraid this car is no longer registered at DVLA, the number has not been transferred to another vehicle yet either.
This doesn't always mean it's been scrapped, it' might be that it's been in storage since before the new V5 and V5c came into effect.
I take it by the registration the car was in Somerset last time you saw it?
Might be worth putting some ads in the local papers, might jog a memory or be sitting on someones farm.
Might also be worth asking people like Charles Ware in Bath or Tim Lang in Taunton if they've come across it.
Hope that helps, sorry I can't give you good news.

First, the official Manufacturer's Vehicle Number may be more useful than just the registration plate number,

Try contacting one of the Morris Minor Owners Clubs with both numbers? You may need to join a club first but that will open a huge resource of enthusiasts' information.

Secondly, one of the many Moggy parts and restoration companies may have actual factory records for those numbers.

Finally, you may find a kindly soul at the DVLC in Swansea, who may help you if you ask nicely. Good luck!
