I go to www.ripway.com
and then you make a free account and you just upload the song and there you go...the URL code is there

These 2 sites are for site building, but u can upload any kind of files and get their URL.I use them alot. Try:

do you need mp3 files then you first search in yahoo search engine for type url as mp3.yahoo.com but its not conform
