The first thing I would do, is check for spyware.


All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.

2. Remove services running on boot up (msconfig.exe)
3. Clean out registry
4. Defrag hard drive

try to keep free space on your C drive na dfor sure delete unneeded programmes
