It's PlayStation 2 and not PS2, right?

Is the fan still working? Those models have a cooling fan built in, so it should not get too hot...IF you haven't blocked the vents on the front and back.

Go to a repair shop and ask them to fix the fan. Some of them wear out fast.

put it in a small fridge with a couple of cold brews. kill two birds with one stone.


maybe the fan needs to be changed, or- maybe you need to get out and stop playin games!
