It depends on what I am talking to myself about, if its something I really don't want anyone to hear, then its pretty embarassing, but for the most part it doesn't bother me, I am known to make a fool out of myself in public!

It doesn't embarrass me. Now if I was carrying on a conversation with myself, then it would be embarrassing.

Everyone talks to themselves. It's just that some of us do it out loud. I'm not embarassed at all. It helps me remember things better.
