if he wanted to be serius then i would ask him to make the effort to be AROUND......by that i mean.....what is he going to do to make the effort to show you that he is concerned about this child.....is he going to make an effort to support it......i would ask some questions first and see if he was willing to make an effort to help not just the baby but you as well.....if so than i would arrange a supervised visit thru social services first to see if that worked out first......if he is serious then he will comply....if not.....then dont bother to make an effort on your part and report it to the police and get a restraining order....also ....if he is text mssging you......then get the number changed.......either way i hope it all works out for you

Yes I would consider that a threat and you should be reporting it to local authorities this will put you in a better position to get a restraining order placed on him you must consider this you have already said he is abusive so watch your back and once you have filed this info with the cops give it two or three seperate incidents request the police file restraining order on your ex.

Yes, this is a threat. Report it to the police and change your phone number. You have legal and necessary means of protecting yourself and your son--and God will hold you accountable if you do not use them.

Love does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth (1 Corinthians 13:6) The law of the land has been given to protect the innocent (Romans 13:1-7). Use it.

Although it sounds like a threat, it's more like harassment. I suggest u document everything that he said to u. Write down the dates and times and save your txt msgs and contact the authorities if he continues to harass u.

Save your text message so you can show it when you go get an order to keep him away, and far a the child it is up to the court system if he gets to see the child or not,and start paying child support.

Yes, it does sound like a threat. It sounds like he is trying to get through to you that he will do ANYTHING to see his son, he WILL NOT leave you alone. You need to save this text message, in case anything happens you have proof that he did indeed threaten you. i would consider getting a restraining order. good luck! and protect your son most importantly

If you dont report it to the police for harrassment then you could never get a restraing order on him. Just call the cops and file.

Why not meet him at a safe neutral place? Talk to local social services to make some kind of arrangement. Don't let him find out were you live.
