Most days I am happy, blasting his music and singing and dancing. But some days like the realization sinks in that he's gone and I'm overwhelmed with sadness. I remember how I felt the day it happened and it all comes rushing back. The other night I was listening to Man in the Mirror on my ipod and suddenly it hit me so hard because I remembered the first moments I heard about his passing. Will these wounds ever heal? Will the scars ever go? Time will tell. I don't think the feeling actually went away and I don't think it ever will. A part of me died that day. I think it's harder to accept because it wasn't meant to be this way, it wasn't meant to end the way it did. Had of died 30 years later from old age or whatever natural causes then maybe we would have been able to cope alot better knowing he fulfilled his life ambitions and saw his children grow into beautiful loving adults. I find it's harder that all his dreams were shot down in a blink of an eye.

I'm really not a fan of Adam Sandler. GTO? Must've been an antique, didn't know it was still around or manufactured. I dont' like rap but reminds me of a short lick from ' Analyze That ' done by Italian rappers. In film, things can click well even if you don't like them under ordinary circumstances because it's probably the best medium for a visceral thrill. Stravinsky's ' Afternoon of a Faun ' may not hit the charts but that hard, driving, dissonant movement figures in practically every action film made.
