If you do a Google search for "desiccant" you can find many different types of available substances that pull moisture out of the air, how they work and where to find them.

Silica gel is the most common, it can be found in the dried flower section of a department or craft store (it's also used to dry flowers). It will pull the moisture out of the closet and it's reuseable after it gets full - just bake it dry and put it back in the closet. Some types even change colors to indicate when they are full of moisture and need to be replaced.

There is also a product called "Damp Rid" that's very easy to find and inexpensive - it's just a little ready-made tub you place on the floor or shelf of your closet.

Keeping the light on in the closet (if you have one) can also help, in a small space it will raise the temp just a bit and drop the relative humidity.

Ventilation can also help.

Good luck!

We used to buy cans that had something in it that attracted the humidity. This was over in Japan. If we didn`t have these cans our furniture would be all moldy!!!Check the hardware stores for humidity cans..They are like a soda can..
