That's a tough question. If you really like him and think you have a shot with him you should go for it. But don't ask him out as soon as he breaks up with his current girlfriend. That would seem like you're trying to get him on the rebound. I actually had some similar problems last year except the boy was one year older than me. Eventually, when I learned he really didn't like me, I got over it and you probably will too if he's not interested.

I'll be the token old guy here...
Why would you date a "bad boy"? Do you wish to be a "bad girl"? Do you want to hang with a person who is getting into trouble -- or do you hope to "save" him and make him into a good boy (kinda like restoring a car or saving a puppy)???
I know that girls... women... love "bad boys" but every one I've talked to that dates them ends up with a major heart ache -- and usually a lot more.
Second, you might want to investigate a study of GRAMMAR. You know, you skipped soooo many periods in there that you've gotta be 7 months PG. Come up for air, and signify a pause for a breath of air with a comma and / or period my dear.
OH YEAH... you've got this posted in the wrong area / subject. I'm pretty sure you're not asking for beauty tips here.

I've had my experiences with bad boys. They are named exactly that because they are bad for your health. While they seem more exciting then other boys, it is really not true. Bad boys do not treat you the way you should be treated. They are more into into themselves and what others think. And why do you want someone who is always getting into trouble? I guess your still young, and you will just have to experience a little for yourself. My advice is to stay smart, and remember, if he ever hurts you, it is not the end of the world, there are plenty of other boys out there.

you should ask him out if you really like him, but wait a little while after they have actually broken up, so that you don't seem desperate. Consider that maybe even they don't like each other at the moment that breaking up will still be hard because they did like each other before after all that is why they boyfriend, girlfriend, anyway right? respect his feelings, but hey if he seems really happy when they break up, go for it.

You're young to be worrying about stuff like this, but I would talk to him now, get to be his best girl friend and see where things go from there. When they break up, he'll come to you.

My gut instinct says stay away. you don't need drama, you are young, and he's probably not for you. If he is, he'll ask you. If you really like him, I would make sure he knows you like him, be there for him, and wait it out. Best of luck.
Peace.

Let him know you would be interested in him if he weren't with someone. But don't take it any further until they have broken up. You don't want her blaming you for it!
