Alexa web search combines the Google search engine with Alexa's comprehensive site information and puts it all inside an Amazon.com interface.
Comment: Used to transmit a indentifiying ID but no longer does this. Has a very clear EULA but user's should understand that their surfing habits will be anonymously aggregated.
Note- There have been reports that secure URLs can be sent when using the "Related Site Function" due to a security flaw in Internet Explorer.

Why would you install it? Foxfire has a greart searchbar built into it!
Alexa used to be considered spyware. I still don't trust anything that you download for free that becomes part of IE.

I quite are starting to be rid of the Yahoo toolbar from my administration panel & restarted my workstation as pronounced, yet that is although there! What do I do now? i won't have the means to locate the area the "view" component is, can somebody please help me?!

don't download free anti spy ware if Alexa is a selling product than you can... use amazon or foxfire to build it carefully.
