Water is my FAVORITE. But I think the best kind of punch type drink (which I think you are trying to get at)like for parties and stuff is probably 7UP and Cranberry juice. Just mix like a 2 liter of the 7UP and a bottle of Cranberry juice into a big mixing bowl. That's what I'm serving at thanksgiving this year.. everyone loves it, and it goes fast.

Lemon juice, its like u add a little sugar to water, add lime extract, mix it well, can add a pinch of black salt if its available.Cool it in the fridge, it tastes awesome, also if u mix soda to it, its called fresh lime soda, equally good...do try!If u like more of sweet that sour then mix 2 spoonfull of sugar to ur glass of water, otherwise 1 is enough.

The non-alcoholic would have been pretty easy, but no caffeine? That makes it hard, 'cause I'm a caffeine addict! Wow, I'd have to say Minute Maid Cherry Limeade!

Honestly, water, it leaves me refreshed and not still/more thirsty. Otherwise, decaf Earl Grey is good too.
