Well, about 30 minutes ago my borther came up to me and said get off the damn computer and i said now so he started a fist fight and then lifted up my leg and pushed me back and i fell hit my head on a chair and got the wind knocked out of me. I am 13 years old, is a 13 year old able to press charges? My borther is so stupid. My back is in serious pain right now and my head is killing, no cuts or bruises.

Call the police...If you feel that he acted criminally, you can have him arrested and press charges.

First point, is that criminal charges should never be considered lightly. You may be angry, but getting the police involved in anything can quickly escalate far beyond what you want to achieve.
Anyone can contact the police and file a complaint. If you're lucky it won't get actioned.

Do not tell him to call the police! Its two brothers having a perfectly natural fight-you will be fine. You are upset right now-and with good reason, but you will get over it and you dont want to do something you will regret when you cool down.

Tell your parents let them deal with him. Never call the police unless it is true emergency, Now if he pulled a gun on you, yes call right away. But not over the computer and just a fight

go to the hospital when they ask what happen they should call the police if they think its bad enough to get the police involed. better call 911 and tell them what happened and tell him you want police and EMS to your house. they police and investigate and talk to the EMTs and find from them and the doctors how bad your injuries are. hope this helps ...oh and make sure you tell your mom and dad

You can call the police - it is battery no matter who delivers it - this just makes it domestic battery. Don't you have any responsible adults in the house. They should be your first line of protection.

You probably can't press charges unless he is over 18. But, hey he's your brother don't get mad get even. Trust me he will think better of you for it. - get the cat to use his shoe as a toilet
