I would say it is a standoff between the 360 and the PS3. Microsoft got a huge advantage with a realease a year ahead of the Wii and even more on the PS3. PlayStation in my opinion does not have a good game market, and Nintendo is struggeling to stay in the race with its family friendly games. Nintendo is going to advance the gaming market with its technology and low price, but most gamers arent into the family friendly game genre.

Wii.
360 and PS3 are competing directly against each other. PS3 is no better than 360, and is actually less powerful when considering graphical power, despite the BS that sony reps give. 360 and PS3 also have many of the same games and only a few exclusives, the PS3 is greatly hurt here.
Also major game producer EA said that they were making games at a ratio of 40:40:20, with PS3 being the 20. PS3 will not look better, than 360, and is $200 more. PS3 is going to be very glitchy with cell processor and Blu-ray player (that's why they're not even launching in Europe). Also they have only 500,000 units at launch WORLDWIDE.
Wii on the other hand is getting a ton of publicity. The South Park episode and wii.yahoo.com are recent examples to support this. A new controller, low price point, Virtual console games, free online, intuitive interface, a great launch lineup, and a familiar name will all boost it.
In the end its the Wii vs. the 360. Wii has a lower price, and may indeed win. A Microsoft rep once said you can get a Wii and a 360 for the price of a PS3, and the Wii60 idea has blossomed. Wii for gaming experience and 360 for eye candy.
In polls the number of potential Wii owners is a staggering amount. More than 360 and PS3 owners combined. (This takes in the following choices... Wii, 360, PS3, Wii + 360, PS3 + Wii, PS3 + 360, and all 3.). Remember this is on a hardcore gaming site (gamesfaqs.com).
Wii is designed specifically for casual gamers and only time will tell if they will succeed. But if they do, then Wii will win hands down.

the recent x720 is interior the subsequent years E3 and that i think by capacity of 2013 this fall itll be out so waiting a year is a undertaking or purchase a x360 however the fee will circulate notably down while u decide to sell it or as some ppl propesed a high quality gaming computing device will help u for 5 years yet maximum powerfull computing device value a million or 2 ok ps3 there isnt a havk for it if u do purchase it each and all of the recent recreation will ask u to replace and which will kill ur hack and no video games will artwork on a similar time as wii is easy to hack yet procuring it incredibly is going to be a lose of money bcz wiiu is popping out in 3 months my opinion could be an x 360 much low-priced,no longer so no longer common to hack, there are video games from now till finally the subsequent 2 years yet disadvantage of having an x isnt that it over heats its that theres a month-to-month subscription

My answer is the Wii. We would have never have any great games from the mid-80's without Nintendo. The 360 is faulty, and Sony's games are mostly 3rd party not to mention the outrageous prices on the 360 and PS3. I was born a Nintendo fan boy and I'll die a Nintendo fan boy. So my mind is made up, I go for the Wii!

Seriously I think the Wii is gonna kick some toosh because I mean the PS3 only added more things to its console. The whole DVD/CD feature... Tivo and all that other good stuff, but it does not mean that the games are going to be all that great. Yeah if you're a DDR fan then maybe, but right now Playstation only focuses on the console, not on the games. Plus if you think about it what would you rather have a console with a bunch of features and semi-ok games or a console that has features with fun games? It's all in the game... it's all in the game...

The PS3 because its has high definition graphics and and a built in blue-ray disk. The controller will look the same but there will be a playstation logo button in the middle and the L2 and R2 buttons will be in different places. Plus if you have a PSP you can hook it up and can use it as a controller. the only downside is that its gonna be $500 and $600 depending what kind of gig you get.

Well its a tough question because back then... Sega Genisus and Nentindo were the big gigs. Nowadays, they are constently competing more with the consles than with the games. So, it would probably be all cools just like a sieres of a movie like Lord of the Rings. LOL Thus, all of them will conquer together. o_0 O..M..G..!

I think the wii will have a chance. For those who say no because of the graphics the ps2 had just about the worst graphics of that generation but i dont think many people cared because they sold over 100 million
