You got that wrong because God created the chicken not the egg.

OK if I can't say God then I say a very confused alligator must have laid on it. What she must have thought when it hatched. LOL

Well.. in the case of chickens, hens incubate their eggs, right?

Whereas for other animals like say amphibians, perhaps they can thrive with sunlight. Perhaps animals like crocodiles have always been irresponsible parents, and their eggs adapt themselves to thrive in the small amount of sunlight. Darwin's theory of evolution, right? pun intended.
