No not really. The so called corrupted files are most of the times the virus itself overwriting the original file, so there is nothing to heal. Remove the virus and re-install the program. When system files get overwritten, re-install Windows.

not worth it...wipe and reinstall...doesnt it make you just want to kill the little vermin that get their jollys out of screwing with your computer
