I had this dream last night that i was hanging out with these people I never met before and we were smoking marijuana and then one of the guys and another girl got into this big ball and we starting rolling them down the street and then they were going really fast and a car ran over them and the part where they were getting run over went into slow motion so I could see blood and guts oozing out of the ball and it smelled horrible but I didn't know whose they were and then the girl stepped out of the ball and it was the boy that was killed and I was happy that it was him and not the girl. Can someone interpret that for me?

smoking marijuana = morally incorrect
blood and guts oozing out of the ball = fear, guilt conscience
boy was killed = guilty feeling.
Looks like you may have some moral problem in reality. Projecting smoking marijuana symbolizes things that may be bad you have experienced. Whether you did it or not, you have some issue involved with morality. As far as ball coming out and boy was killed, that is your guilt conscience.

Dreams don't mean anything. They are just a combination of things that you thought about during the day. One time I had a dream that I was pregnant with 5 lemons in Disneyland and earlier that day I watched a show on how they made lemon juice and I had just been to Disneyland a month earlier.
