I get bored alot and have nothing to do, my bf lives very far away and friend lives really far way

Make a huge sign that reads FREE HUGS and go to the most crowded place you can think of and stand there and hold it up. You will not believe what happens next.
If you can, get a friend to go with you and film it.
or
just be glad you are one of the lucky few who have enough time and comfort to be bored. I miss those days...

Try getting some friends nearby...and getting out of the house and if that does not work get a good vibrator.

try listening to some cool music and making up songs or dances. or call them or email them. or go to youtube. that's what i do. other than that, i usually get in trouble! lol

try to do something you like.... if you like to listen music or anything.... lately i started writing a story... it's stupid but i don't let anyone to read it, cause even though it's not my story i use some real characters and that keeps me busy
