what does the password is OK means? Just change password frequently and if there are any security questions change those answers also. Report the problem to e-bay people. Try to work through secure login.

You state that you have an antivirus program but make no mention of a firewall when to prevent hacking it is more important that you have a good firewall. If you do not have a firewall I recommend the free ZoneAlarm firewall.

do your password as something make belive and hard to crack as an easy one will be easy to hacked into also download the ebay toolbar as it's great as it has account guard free with it,

Change password and try downloading the ebay toolbar, don't know if it does any good but they claim it does!

good luck trying to contact ebay! my account was hacked, the first i knew was when i got a email from ebay saying my account had been suspended, then i found out nigerians were ordering laptops and mobiles! i was not happy.
i had to open a new account
