If fuel pressure and flow are alright, look into the throttle position sensor (TPS). If you know anybody with a scanner, they can look to see if there are any dead spots in it.

Sounds like a restricted exhaust. Your catalytic converter may have melted down.

check you TPS and also check your fuel, try some dry gas to be sure water is not in the fuel tank.
