I'm in Peja, Albanian (pronounced : payer) or Pec, Serbian (pron : petch). Its in the western part of Kosovo near the border of Montenegro. I'm working with the United Nations. I don't think its weird though - just a bit behind the rest of Europe.

I'm not from america or the uk (im from australia), but its not a weird/strange place, it would seem a bit offensive to sum people to call their country a "weird place", u should have said a place that isnt very familiar/well-known in society.

so you think Burkinsa Faso or Uzbekistan are wierd places... you must be a very wierd person to think that. Living in the US or UK doesn't make you more normal than people who live in such places

why is it weird if it's not the UK or America?
so if its not the UK or US its small???????? strange that considering all the US states fit inside OZ and the UK fits in about 1500 times.
