I'm thinking about buying a Sandisk Sansa MP3 Player and since this will be my first mp3 player. I was wondering if i could use rechargeable batteries with it? If so what kind? nimh or li-on? The website doesn't say which kind it could take if i did use recharge ables. Help would be appreciated. Thanks =]

NiMh is the most cost effective. Lithium has a higher power density, but costs so much more each, NiMh is the better buy. Make sure you get the appropriate charger. Charging improperly will shorten the number of charge/discharge cycles. Typically, NiMh cells will recharge about 1000 times. I use them al the time in my CD/MP3 disk player.
