If you have it saved you can. you can download a verison of
adware free which works well (just type in adware in search)
you can also download spy-bot free

I don't know the program you refer to and also I assume you have windows here.
Find the .exe file and try copying it and the directory it is in, assumign that it is not mixed in with a bunch of other files.
Some programs will recover from a copy. Other programs are split up into pieces and require the installation of a number of files in different places, along with registry settings.
Windows really doesn't have a good solution for this problem. The assumption with windows is that if you move, you move your data, and reinstall your programs.
You can also contact the manufacturer of the software, and find out if they'll send you a disk or email you a new setup. They might ask for some sort of proof that you bought it, or if they sell it directly they may have a record that they sold it to you. They may charge a small fee for the disk and shipping, but if you really like the program, that might be your best way around the problem.
