You're implying that the American system of justice is likely to put the guilty back on the street. Should we go back to trial by fire or hot coals. Perhaps as an intermediate step we could allow some of those new military tribunal rules to take the place of the pansy laws of criminal procedure. In other words, I see where you're headed.
