Depends upon the oil your using. A mineral based oil, or semi synthetic would need to be fairly rich at 32:1. A pure synthetic can be mixed as lean as 50:1 ~ 66:1.

The RMX is a sweet machine. I've ridden a few of them and all were quick and nimble. Take care of it though, parts could become an issue because of it's age and the fact that it's no longer in production.

i havent ever heard of an rmx before maybe a RM, anyway i always mix my bikes 50:1 on my bigger bikes and 40:1 on the 85s

30:1 might be a little rich. Most MX bikes use 32:1

32:1 run suzuki racing 2 stroke oil, and you will be fine
