You will not be paid by the university to study.

You may be able to apply for a grant or student loan.

You will only recieve payment in the final year of your degree.
This money is paid by the UK government. As with all teacher training courses, in the final year you will be on placement at schools this is why you will get a sort of wage.
For the first two years you will have to fund yourself like any other student i.e. student loans and/or a part time job!

You won't get paid while you train, but a job is more or less guaranteed when you qualify. Teaching is an excellent way of learning management and negotiation skills.

You will get a golden hello of around £5k.

Mate, if you're in it for the £, don't become a teacher. Money is NOT the motivation in this job.
