Traditionally this would have been worn with a long flared skirt. My grandma has a picture of herself wearing something similar. In her case, the skirt was made of beige denim, and she had an Indian beaded choker and headband on as well. With, yes, the ubiquitous sandals on her feet.

My first choice would be low ride denim jeans or I would wear pant of a solid colour that matches one of the colours in the shirt. The pants should have a flair at the bottom to totally re-create the look, if that is what you are looking to do. If not, than just wear what ever feels good to you. Big hoop costume jewelery would be a good accessory. Been there and done that many years ago.

Wear it with solid colored bottoms ... in pink or white or turquoise. Without seeing how much of those colors are in the top, it would be difficult to choose which color would look the best, but any of those colors should work. I like to take the color that is least obvious in the top and use that color as a solid on the bottom, then match it with accessories in the same color as the bottom -- (handbag, shoes, jewelry).

White hip hugger pants. Why? Because white pants would look good with all of those colors. Thats what I would wear if I was going to wears something as hideously ugly as that. Hope this helps. Peace out. Lataz. Luv/Kodi

Just about any jeans would look good, especially bell bottoms... Also, you could try pants or jeans that match, such as solid white, pink, or turquoise. Any solid color matching pants will look good. Other colors that might work: yellow, any shade of blue, beige, brown... Good luck!

because the shirt has a lot going on, then wear mostly solid colors with it. like solid color blue jeans or somethingg. dont do any stripes, dots, or anything like that. just simple solid colors, and it should all tie together really nicely
I would wear jeans, and pink white or turquiose sweater or something with it.
