Make a doll out of anything such as rags, straw, etc. big enough to hold in your hand.Give her a couple of large darning needles for stabbing the doll as you say these words, "gumblowyalm, symedlfo, dkmfoircb, tydolc,broghj," Repeat 6 times with your eyes closed as you stab the doll in the place you want to hurt the person you are cursing on.
Try not to be to harsh or mean though.

buy one at the store...i did...came with a book too. then i decided not to use it and it was the biggest waste of $5 of my life...
