I understand what you mean, and I suppose I can get near to what you're feeling. Like every day getting ready for work. I do exactly the same things at the same times...sometimes the same commercial is playing on the radio at the same moment.
Here's what I do, though. I look for the fun or interesting in everyday things. Like if you're brushing your teeth, sometimes you can tickle the roof of your mouth...it feels weird. Or showering...watch the water hit the walls...see if it's in time with the music that's on or sing along with the sound of the water.
When you cook, pretend you're the host of a cooking show. If you're cleaning, you're selling the product you're using.
My point is that if you make the most of every moment--no matter how mundane it is--every day is not the same at all. You can't predict the next few weeks because YOU are going to make every minute in that week different...even if you're doing the same thing.
I'm married and I think all the time, too, so I don't think that's it.
Good luck and make every moment an adventure!

Son! You need to come out of your narcissic cocoon. Maybe do voluntary work if you live in England. Also get a hobby that involves other people one to one. The list you show is so ....... introvert

Yes, especially when i wake up with a hang over. The worst one this year was New Years Day, when i had been drinking brandy and babychams, and then opened a bottle of asti at 12.00. I felt crap all day.

For reals homes...or....yeah. Do something completely impulsive and on the fly. When you're at work, randomly walk up to someone and say, "Lego my eggo."

You need to step outside of your box. Your bored. Take a risk. Try something new. Try something daring. Overcome a fear. Make a list of "Life Goals", and then get to it.

Yes, first thing in the morning. Half dead and when I get up, I feel like death warmed up!
