I'm 16 and shop at Barneys Co-op, H&M, and Intermix.
Most of the stores I shop at aren't brands, but carry brands like Sass&Bide, Vince, Marc Jacobs, etc

I LOVE Urban Outfitters. They can get pricey on regular priced clothing, but they have amazing sales!
