My needs and a degree of contingencies are already covered by my hard earned income... these I won in Vegas last weekend and are truly extra, so I want to do something extra-ordinary with them.

To those suggesting I should send them to you: Why not? now, what would YOU do with them??

If it's money that you need for living expenses, use it for that; don't waste it.

If it's $200 dollars that you didn't expect to have, save $150 for when you really need some extra money (or to add to for something really great later), and have fun with the fifty dollars left over. Buy something that you've been wanting, but really didn't have the extra money for.

You could also give a little bit to a local charity. It feels good to give!

What you can do with $200:

1. Save it up
2. Give it to charity
3. Recycle it
4. Give it to people you know
5. Buy presents for the homeless for christmas
6. Put them in your sock drawer
7. Buy stuff with it
8. Spread it all over the USA
9. Give it to some random people you see in the streets
10. I ran out of ideas! Give someone the money and ask them what you should do with it.

If you have a special someone, take them out to a great place for an expensive dinner or for a whole day of fun stuff. That's what I would do.
Dinner, play pool, see a movie, have some drinks, etc.
One day of fun.

I asked that same question to myself recently when I had earned some extra money selling tupperware, and you know what happened? Five minutes later my tire blew and I ended up getting a tow and 2 new tires for my car.

Hang on to it, ya never know what could happen

Save it for a rainy day. Money should not burn holes in peoples pockets. Spend, spend, spend mentality is terrible.
